The house has a north west orientation and is walking distance from the main town. Villa Sifnaiko benefits from great sunset views.

The villa was designed by a prominent greek architect, who aimed to preserve the landscape and local architecture, while maintaining modern, simple lines. The sandy terrain, in front of the house, in combination with the cedar trees and proximity to the beach, creates a unique feeling of tranquility and connection to nature. 

The main house has two bedrooms, with queen size beds, on the ground floor and the master bedroom, with queen size bed, on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The ground floor en-suite bathrooms have showers, while the master bathroom has a bathtub. The master bedroom has a large terrace with views to the beach and the sunset.

A large living room, kitchen, and dinning room are located in the main house. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Linens and towels are provided both for use in the house and at the beach.

The central courtyard has an outside dinning area that can comfortably sit ten people. 

Around the courtyard, on the other side of the main house, is a two bedroom guesthouse with its own kitchenette and terrace. The guesthouse has two additional bedrooms, with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
