Kae's home is a classic Cycladic cube structure with whitewashed walls and olive-green wooden shutters that blend into the surrounding area. Although the space is compact it is definitely not confined. The interior is modern and minimal but still feels homely. The polished grey concrete floor is brightened up with colourful rugs and cushions.

The views of the surrounding landscape bring a feel of tranquillity. And although there is no sea view the olive trees, thyme bushes and passing goats are distinctively Mediterranean in their own way.
