Villa Fiona is located a stone's throw away from the sandy beach of Agios Georgis and was built and designed by the architect - owner in 2000. Upon entering the villa via a typical sky blue island door and a few steps up to the garden level is the independent guest house with one double bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Also on this level are two large bedrooms, each with bathroom, one double and one single bed. The latter two rooms have air conditioning and one of them has a kitchenette.

Upstairs is the main house with a large open siting - dinning - kitchen area. The country-style kitchen has an open fireplace and a table seating 8 or more, the kitchen is fully equipped. Stairs lead to the master bedroom and bathroom and an adjoining open room (with double bed) which could be used as a dressing room. There is also an independent access to this master suite and a large sea facing terrace.

The interior of the house has been tastefully decorated by the architect owner, with a beautiful country style kitchen extending to the living area. The fantastic views are what makes this house so special, wherever you are in the house the sea is always present.

The villa has a pretty flowered garden with multiple pergolas and seating areas with plenty of garden furniture. The main outdoor dinning area is covered and wind-protected, with a a large table for 8 or more, and also an outside guest WC. All rooms and terraces enjoy sea views.
