Villa Tea is tucked away in a quiet corner of Agios Georgios, yet it is still only a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach and nearby fish taverna. The house is a contemporary take on the typical Cycladic form, modern with hints of characteristic features of Cycladic architecture.
The interior follows a colour palette in earthy tones, while touches of vivid colours are found in the ethnic killim rugs and blankets giving the space a pleasant vibe all round.  The stone floor inside and out create a sense of continuity between the two spaces and connect the house with the landscape.
This south facing house is surrounded by beautiful views.  In front you have the blue sea, and all around you have the equally breathtaking view of the peaceful rural landscape where goats are often seen passing by.
The spacious villa has a large open plan kitchen, with all the modern conveniences, which leads onto a large open plan dining area and sunken living room. The property has the advantage of three separate entrances one for the main house, one for the guest area and one with its own outdoor staircase leading to a fifth private double bedroom with en suite bathroom.  The main house consists of the kitchen, dining, living areas on the ground floor and two double bedrooms (one being the master bedroom) on the upper level, both with en suite bathrooms. The guest area has two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a kitchenette and shared bathroom.
Villa Tea has plenty of outdoor areas to entertain and relax any time of day as most are shaded and protected from the sun and wind. The villa's peaceful surroundings are ideal for night time star gazing.
